         <description><![CDATA[<p>Education and gender problems are very linked because there is a lack of teaching about electricity sector in schools. Especially important to attract women to the sector due to low representation.</p><p><br/></p><p>Wind Europe explain that they need to train young people aged 10-15 years old to attract them to careers later on (before they have chosen their career paths). At school age, we should use wind turbine, steam generator (see <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://wilesco.com">wilesco.com</a>) or solar photo panels to be able to estimate by your self which tool produces witch quantity of electricity</p><p><br/></p><p>Can use wind turbines to measure electricity at school-age; important to become familiar with the technology and sector.</p><p>-Benjamin (France)</p>]]></description>

Students don't find energy sector jobs very attractive, so aim is to give an opportunity to understand the occupational opportunities and that energy sector is a good sector for employment.</p><p><br/></p><p>Aim to create link between education and electricity industry. Implemented in over 130 schools - practical and theoretical courses to engage students with opportunities.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Only 3 wind turbines across entire country but few people needed to completely stop project - lack of understanding that they are necessary for a just transition and cannot be reliant only on solar power.</p><p><br/></p><p>A lot of information online about negative impacts of different electricity systems (e.g. health impacts).
