Characters - Ezzie & Worry

Problem - Ezzie is feeling worried that she may not do well on her test

Outcome- Ezzie does breathing techniques and reminds her self that she is capable and smart and will try her best.

Worry: Whats wrong Ezzie?

Ezzie: I feel really worried about failing todays test.

Worry: What is something we can do to help ease your worries?

Ezzie: Breathe?

Worry: Yes! Let's take a breather. What else can we do?

Ezzie: I can believe in myself!

Worry: Absolutely!

Ezzie: Okay! I will believe in myself and try my very best! Thank you worry!

Characters: Ezzie and Sadness

Problem: Ezzie cant find his favorite book, it was already checked out

Outcome: Ezzie learns to find something else to make him happy. He finds a new book.

Ezzie: I am so sad.

Sadness: it is raining, you should be sad.

Ezzie: there are no books I like. someone took my favorite book.

Sadness: you should cry about it!

Ezzie: no, i am not going to be sad today. I will find a new book that I like and check that one out instead!! I choose to feel happiness today.

Characters: fear, Ezzy

Problems: Ezzy moved to a new town and it's his first day at his new school.

Outcomes: Ezzy faces fear and makes new friends.

Questions for when Ezzy interviews fear:

Ezzy: hi fear, why are you here?

Fear: I am here to look after you.

Ezzy: when do you usually show up?

Fear: I show up when you are in a new situation, in danger, or when you feel uncomfortable.

Ezzy: how can I use you for good?

Fear: you can use me as motivation to speak up and to get out of your comfort zone!

Setting: Ezzie's classroom

Problem: Ezzie wants to be called on to answer the teacher's question.

• Ezzie: I want to be called on but the teacher ignores me!

• Anger: You're right, she must be ignoring you because you have your hand up.

• Anger: I think you could scream at your teacher. Then she will notice you.

• Ezzie: ...maybe. What will that solve?

• Anger: You will get the teacher to notice you

• Ezzie: I want to be called on...but I also want to hear other ideas and answers.
