In “CHAUCER'S PARDONER: HIS SEXUALITY AND MODERN CRITICS”, by David Benson he points out an argument about the Pardoner's sexuality and whether or not he is homosexual or a hermaphrodite. He believes that he is one of the two because of his physical features such as the Pardoner's apparently thinning hair, small voice, and glaring eyes. He thinks because the Pardoner is this way he may be homosexual or a hermaphrodite.

I do not agree with this argument because I don’t believe that the way you look determines your sexuality by any means. However, I feel as though today, our society still judges a book by its cover. A girl can have a low and still like boys and a guy can have long hair but still likes girls. Your appearance or the way you present yourself shouldn't and doesn't identify your sexuality in anyway.

Greed... Is half of humanity, the other is money. Could humans fix the corrupted senses of it's own soul, and heal the mental outer body of our full self? No we can't because that's what makes us human. Money will never buy one eternal happiness, but is money serving as a distraction to further intelligence or is it just all life is and will be. Greed and money will always be there, but it's up to us to control it.
