Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and keep the body functioning. Water also helps you get rid of your body waste and digestion.
Your blood (which contains a lot of water) carries oxygen to all the cells of your body. Without oxygen, those cells would die and your body would stop working without those cells moving around.
Water is one of the basic human needs, and without it you will die. Most people can go up to 3-4 days without water, but you will most likely experience headaches, a dry mouth and your pee would be a dark yellow/brown in an extreme situation.
