Based on the idea chosen the where questions that rose up almost tarnishing the business plan but we came to an agreement after understanding that Xoliswa had misunderstood the whole concept of our business plan.

As I was in charge of making the business profile, it happened that we had to wait for a few days before our profile could be verified by google and that got the whole team panicking.

We created a group whatsApp and there was a time I could not make to group meeting at Campus. My group mates were furious because it was caused by miscommunication.

My group and I had to vote for every decision we make, who do we assign for a certain task to complete while at home then after we meet and review all the task and make alterations if needed.

We used design canvas for the group logo to use on the business profile, this tool helped us a lot because we had no idea on how our logo is going to look like so design canvas gave us different templates to choose from.

Conflict Resolution Chronicles

The group gets to be divided for the other module's assignment and we had conflict on which module to make a priority than the other, so we decided that for the other assignment we will have a group collaboration on TeamViewer at home.

This project gave me the opportunity to gain an understanding perception of how other people work, who do others think, how do they go about in decision making and the impact of the knowledge shared.
