         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would hope that table facilitators are listening for key ideas/meaning-making and pressing people toward those. For example, if the question is "What pitfalls are there in using the rehearsal andragogy" and no one says, "One pitfall is that it can be easy to fall into the ONE WAY OF DOING THINGS mentality when you watch someone rehearse" I would want a table facilitator to 1) have been made aware that that was a takeaway (this happens in design of the session!) and 2) be pressing ppl to think about and discuss those big picture ideas. -&nbsp; eliciting and responding to learner thinking, baby!<br><br></div>]]></description>
