      WHY do we have this right? -We have this right to allow people to speak up without being scared .
      Any American citizen has the right to speak what they want (reasonably), when they want, and where they want. 
      If you live in America you have the right to believe in any religion.
      American citizens have the right to a petition, or request to do something.
      You have the right to assemble without fright of danger .
      Slander- "the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation."
      Liberal- "a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation."
