This is Norman Nunc. The images in this video are very sad and hard to watch. This man is disabled and was almost put in an institution. His family chose to not do that and give him an opportunity and a chance at "A normal life". This man grew up, finished college and started a family. It is sad to think about innocent children and adults that were put in those institutions. You have to wonder what if they weren't? They could have had a life like Norman. Norman said, "It is Sobering to realize how much the course of a life can be altered by a single decision". This video is a great addition to this course because Disabled people are no different than anyone. They deserve to be treated equal and deserve to also have their own rights.
