2.     How do participants’ discursive practices around ELE within the CBP produce desired subjectivities and rationalities, and how do these co-constructions align with or diverge from broader institutional logics and individual aspirations for legitimacy, recognition and social mobility?

 

3.     What tensions emerge between the institutional instrumentalisation of ELE within the CBP as a tool for local transformation, and the personal and professional aspirations of the participants, and how are these tensions negotiated in everyday communicatively mediated interactions in their institutions?
