Education and professional training play important role in one's development once reflection is being processed during the journey.

Sometimes we make assumptions as even adults without really understanding that they exist. Power and fear plays a huge role in shaping our understanding of the world, and sometimes we accept the facts that are being told to us without questioning or reflecting on them. Critical reflection encourages us to see things real and according to our rights and wrongs.

The reflection has 4 stages.
Firstly- Identifying clear assumptions
Secondly, we identify its accuracy- is it how we reach the end desired result?
The third stage involves looking at the assumption from other lenses.
Lastly, taking action. Here, we assessed every single detail about our assumption and we are ready to explain it to others, if needed, through careful consideration.
