Title of Topic: Children and screen

The guidelines overall echo what many parents have been saying for years.

Generally, children should move more, sit less and get enough quality sleep so that they grow up physically and mentally healthy. Children between the ages of 1 and 4 should spend at least three hours a day in a variety of physical activities, and infants less than 1-year-old should also be physically active several times a day.

The WHO says that kids between 2 and 4 years old should not spend more than an hour a day watching an electronic screen, and kids younger than that should not be looking at them at all.

Reaction (50 words or more) :
Write your opinion about the main point / your critical review

I think Excessive screen time may inhibit a child's ability to observe and experience the typical everyday activities they need to engage with in order to learn about the world, leading to a kind of “tunnel vision,” which can be detrimental to overall development.
In multiple studies, excessive screen time has been linked to school problems, anger, aggression, frustration, depression, and other emotional problems. Over-stimulation causes kids to have poor focus and depletes their mental energy, which often leads to explosive behavior.

Reaction (50 words or more) :
What you have learned or the problems you have during extensive listening, how did you deal with the solve problem

I got new insight into the dangers of exposure to cellphone screens for children. maybe it's dangerous for me too. for all ages spending too much time in front of the screen is a bad habit.
I don't have a lot of problems with the speakers. I just googled difficult vocabulary to know the meaning.

Self-assessment
The speed was OK | YES |
The vocab was OK | YES |
The pronunciation was OK | YES |
This effect my listening skill | YES |
I think my listening skills are improved | YES |
