The purpose of the project is for us to learn how dangerous these drugs are. We are exposed to this constantly and we need to learn about their risk. What I expect form my teammates and myself is for us to work efficiently and to finish everything on time. I expect everyone to their part and the work that they are supposed to do, and to finish everything on time. I think that the best way to avoid conflict is to talk to each other honestly and to divide the work equality. If we do this I think that everybody will be working peacefully and efficiently. Also I believe that if we use each other’s strengths we will be able to make the best final project. I expect our teacher to understand that this is a big and difficult project and that we need more than 1 day to finish it.

PURPOSE I believe that this project has various purposes. Out of all of these purposes I think these

two are the most relevant/important: Learn about the different drugs we are exposed to and learn

how to use distinct computer programs that will help us elaborate this project.

TEAM EXPECTATIONS I expect all my team members to work hard and do their best. Personally I

am going to give my best so that we can get a good grade. I hope we can work together perfectly so

that we can have a great outcome!

TEACHER EXPECTATIONS I expect my teacher to encourage us to do a better work. I also would like

for our teacher to help us in our project in case we get stuck.

ORGANIZING I think that the best way to organize our team is to assign each team member a role.

We should also divide our work equally and be fair with everyone. If we get to have an inconvenience or

a disagreement we should solve the problem by bringing a solution that benefits all of the team members

and that we all agree on.

The project's purpose is for us to create a campaign on the impact of drugs and raise awareness. This project will serve for us to develop our creative abilities and use various tools and technology to make it as best as we can.

I look forward to working with a team that is compromised and efficient so we can all collaborate to have a great outcome.

I hope we can count on our teacher so she can give us feedback and guides us to improve our designs.

As for our work, I expect to make an agreement on our division of the work and support each other. Also to communicate all our ideas and avoid any disagreements and conflicts by listening and talking.

The purpose of the project is, I believe, for us to learn about how cuy drugs are we exponed to and how dangerous they are.

I expect my teamates to work with me and be paciente so we can all work together for the major good of the grade of the project.

I expect my teacher to take her time evaluating our work so she can see we worked our best in the limited amount of time.

The best organization its the result of a good communication, for this I belive having a leader of the team is a very good idea so she can organize how everything is going to work
