I think to develop the teaching skills, a complete preperation of the guideline is needed. Teacher need to know what students need and how to guide their disussion.  I can develop by practicing my control skills. So I can control the discussion and make sure the time management.

Finally, the teacher should master the progress of each group and answer questions for each group during the discussion.
