Provide personalized academic guidance for the students in order to help them make improvements. Giving feedbacks on their works, assignments and behaviors in class is also helpful.

1.Teachers can enhance their understanding of students. Students do not come into the classroom with empty heads, so appropriate teaching goals should be set according to the basis of different students.
2.Every student has his or her own study habits，so teachers can guide students to choose their own learning style or approach.Teachers also need to guide students to ask more questions, so that students will be more active in learning when they explore with questions.

1. I can develop my learner-centered teaching skills by practicing my facilitation skills in order to connect the dots between ideas that are shared by students. This way, I can be more equipped when handling live discussions in class and guide my students to higher levels of learning. 2. Write down the resources available for them. For example, a book in Academic Writing for example.

1. If we organize a -centric class, we need to do some preparation. We may have flipped class, and give the PPT or outline of this class to students before class, and students learn by themselves, which can help students deepen their understanding of materials and promote the development of critical thinking.
And in student-centered class, teacher must pay attention to classroom discipline because the discussion will be loud. Finally, the teacher should master the progress of each group and answer questions for each group during the discussion. The teacher can only proceed to the next link after all the group discussions and studies have been completed, so as to avoid the situation that students cannot keep up with the progress.

2.Let students preview, is to mobilize their enthusiasm for learning an important means. A text, students preview, have a certain degree of understanding of the text, in class on the initiative, concentrated thinking, speaking more people. The classroom atmosphere is active, the students become smart, and both sides of the teaching are in a good mood. Preview can also make students form good habits, can also make them in self-study activities to improve their reading ability. The efficiency of classroom teaching is largely influenced by the students' preview quality. In the long run, only by improving students' listening, speaking, reading and writing ability in classroom teaching can students learn Chinese well. To make students learn Chinese well, it is necessary to teach students the method of preview, improve the ability of students, it is necessary to strengthen guidance in the teaching process, solid training.

Sometimes we need to encourage students to express bravely.
2.We should know what kind of learners are the students, so that we can teach them useful skills about learning. Encourage students to express themselves is a good method to know them well.
