I did NOT systematically go through the data set and compare the final total numbers table that I approved to the sum of the individual programs for each reporting line in the summary document, but I just noticed that our environment-compost/Way2Go/ etc. has a discrepancy between the total indirects and the data that make up the indirects. The total shows 31,300 and yet there are at least two individual entries with 20,000 each. I’ve attached a snip of the totals page (with the Environment line at the bottom of the snip) and the individual entries for that same line.  
It seems like the database is not always pulling all of the numbers, but as I said I did not go through the data set systematically so I can’t tell whether there is a pattern.  (or whether I’m just messing up somehow).   Ken
