With the latest circumstances, infrared thermometer were inspired by society. Due to Covid-19, germs are spread by contact. Therefore, scientist and engineers developed the infrared thermometer. Most clinics and hospitals will not use oral, rectal or any other digital thermometers that will contact the human skin. This is to prevent the spread of the virus and maintain social distancing. The sparks must contact a dry debris like some weeds or branches to create the fire. In the TV show, they also had an axe to cut down trees to accumulate firewood or create their shelter. No matter if you work with agriculture, mining, welding, etc. Some sort of technology and science must be used to get the job done. I started my journal on February 24th, 2021. I work for UNHS, Inc. at Monument Valley Dental. My position there is a sterilization tech which involves machines and proper infection control. This requires the fundamentals of technology and science. To sterilize the instrument, I must first take off any debris and bacteria by washing them with soap and placing them into the ultrasonic. The ultrasonic is a machine that helps shake any debris off the instruments. Then I pack them into pouches that go into the autoclave. “Autoclaves are also known as steam sterilizers, and are typically used for healthcare or industrial applications. An autoclave is a machine that uses steam under pressure to kill harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores on items that are placed inside a pressure vessel.” (Steris HealthCare, 2017)

We use our vehicles as our main source of transportation. When cold and rain days are at afoot, we use our heaters in the vehicles and our windshield wipers to clear the rain droplets. Science used in the vehicles would involve gasoline. The gasoline creates a combustion of power to ignite the engine and give it power to run. “A gasoline car typically uses a spark-ignited internal combustion engine, rather than the compression-ignited systems used in diesel vehicles. In a spark-ignited system, the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber and combined with air. The air/fuel mixture is ignited by a spark from the spark plug.” (U.S. Department of Energy, 2005)

COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are given in the upper arm muscle. Once the instructions (mRNA) are inside the immune cells, the cells use them to make the protein piece. After the protein piece is made, the cell breaks down the instructions and gets rid of them.
Next, the cell displays the protein piece on its surface. Our immune systems recognize that the protein doesn’t belong there and begin building an immune response and making antibodies, like what happens in natural infection against COVID-19.

AI is already known for its superiority in image and speech recognition, navigation apps, smartphone personal assistants, ride-sharing apps and so much more.
Other than that AI will be used further to analyze interactions to determine underlying connections and insights, to help predict demand for services like hospitals enabling authorities to make better decisions about resource utilization, and to detect the changing patterns of customer behaviour by analyzing data in near real-time, driving revenues and enhancing personalized experiences.
