I am excited for other staff to experience how great teaming is! I got to experience it as a new teacher with sixth grade math and it was SO helpful to work with my other sixth grade math colleagues.

I'm confused as to when we ALL can meet and collaborate, not just our little silos - if educating the whole child is important, it would seem that we would figure out a way to come together in order to more effectively teach/reach our students wholistically.
