I never did attendance other different activity every Monday since the project began. I wasn´t keen on that, but it´s my job in this laboratory. 
I´m going to improve this routine in my job for the client
doesn´t depend on me in the future, I´m interested in to do more manager functions and less operative functions.

On Monday nights I´m generally snowed under with work, then I don´t make anything different to take a dinner and to rest for to continue next day. 

 

From 9 to 1 pm I have meetings, take  lunch and watch the news or some series for  half hour and continue with my work, always in the afternoon I snowed under with work, however, I am traying to make a short break each couple ____ hours.

After, we worked all day, I call it a day at 6 p.m, then I go to the kitchen and start making dinner, sometimes, I worked out at night from 8 to 10 p.m, back home and hit the day at midnight
