Introduction

A hero is someone admired because of his or her's achievements, his or her's intentions. Pablo Emilio Escobar was seen as one in Colombia's eyes. In public he was prudent, serene, and decorous. He died in 1993, in Medellin. Today, there are different opinions on wether Pablo was someone to think highly of or condemn. He is a clear example of what we call to be a tragic hero: being a role model for a period of time, and ended leading to their own fall and destruction. Pablo Escobar started out being virtuoso to his surroundings, became stoic when he started doing crimes, and died being notorious by the whole world. It has been 23 years since he died, and looking back, recent media states Pablo as a awful and corrupt person. However in 1993, the news going around the world was that a hero had died.

Hamlet, in No fear Shakespeare's novel, his character is undoubtedly noble and has good virtues. He was extremely popular, loved among people, something Pablo Escobar also had. Hamlet was loyal to his father and determined to set right the state of Denmark. Escobar was loyal to the ones supporting him throughout his presidencial career and set the goal to made Colombia a better place.

Hamlet's downfall started when we got the eager to kill his uncle for killing his father. There were so much tentations, but Hamlet could keep his problems together. The same happened to Pablo, when people he cared about started to get hurt and killed he started acting upon that. He killed thousands of people who made his life more difficult or threaten them. Hamlet became pugnacious and started to develop a crazy and obsessive behavior.
