Colombian families are small. They are composed of parents and two children. Families in Colombia are very happy. Colombian families celebrate for many reasons. They celebrate Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, the day of the innocent, etc. Families in Colombia don’t all have a car. Families in Colombia make travel with the name of “paseos de olla”. Colombian families are very religious. Colombian families believe in imaginary monsters like la pata sola, la llorona, el hombre caimán, but they don’t believe in the police.

On the other hand, my family is small and we are Colombian. My dad does not live with us because he died. My mom is a housewife and she loves us very much. My mom does not like us as brothers to fight. My sister, Zuly, is married; Juan Carlos and Zuly are happy because their new baby arrives. My brother Sebastian is an industrial designer and his hobby is motorcycles. My brother Sebastian doesn’t want to have a car because the traffic is very heavy. I am Lenix Rodríguez. I am a civil engineer. I can do structural designs, hydraulic designs, bridge design, costs and work budgets of different types of civil infrastructure. I can review the programming and execution of work. My favorite web site is civilgeeks. The civil engineer I admire is my teacher Jaime Garzón. He can design any type of bridge, whether in traditional materials as concrete or metal structure. My favorite program is ETABS, with it I can design different structures, see the maximum moment and the cutting for the design of a beam. My favorite gadgets is my Tablet, I have a Tablet and I can take it with me anywhere and review all the plans, I can use it to read the news, check my mail of a practical form and light, it is a great invention.

He was a brilliant mechanical engineer, his childhood was in the province of Austria, he was an engineer recognized as the father of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering.

4. Who were his/her parents?
His parents were Antón Terzaghi and Amalia Eberle, his father was an army officer and his mother was a teacher.

5. What did they do?
He taught at Harvard and developed various techniques and apparatus for the treatment of soils and their suitability for public works. He is considered the creator of soil mechanics.
