In the first document Stalin brings up his 5 year plan and how agricultural advancements and Industrial economy will flourish under his rule. In turn the fourth document shows us quite the opposite, a poor lady is placed in horrid conditions for the simple reason that she was forced to work there, she had no heat so they huddled the stove and did multiple other acts that where almost promised to be gone in Stalin's rule however seem to be intensified under it.
