I know that there are Three main layers called the Core mantel and crust.

Inside the Earth is how more formed and which layer are hard and soft.

The Earth layers are composed of the Inner-core, outer core, mantle and our crust. (The basic layers)

For sea floor spreading, I know that it occurs at mid ocean ridges, magma rises from the mantle through cracks, cools and creates new oceanic crust!
