         <description><![CDATA[<div>I learned that the northwest was the first to ban slavery and during this time people were starting to really realise slavery was such a bad thing and it was mostly starting to end. The states also were starting to become more equal in almost everything that occurred such as decision making in general.</div>]]></description>
