After 3 years of working that way, I can tell you about the pros and cons of that.
First of all, this modality allowed me to be closer to my family and gave me the opportunity to have a better quality of life.
During this period, my daughter was born and I can follow my daughter grow up up-close.
I always spend my lunchtime with her and I love it.
But I still miss something in the old way. Every day we had lunch and had a cup of coffee to catch up on many things.
