This book is about two dogs who find a bone digging but one spotted it and the other touched it. They travel around to other animals and ask who should have it and they make them do stuff for them instead of answering their question. Then, they approach another dog and ask but instead, the dog grabs it and starts walking away. The two dogs go after the other dog and start biting its tail and hurting it to get the bone back. They get the bone back and end up each taking a side of it and sharing it. This book would be useful in a classroom by if students are having an issue sharing this could teach them on how to share it.
Lipkind, William, and Nicolas Mordvinoff. Finders Keepers. 1979.

This book is about a rabbit and wherever and whatever he does trouble follows him. His friends mouse's plane gets stuck in a tree so he stacks a bunch of animals to get it but his idea was unsuccessful and the animals get mad at him. He has many ideas but all of them cause trouble. This book could be used in a classroom by helping students make connections to their own friendships. It can also help students predict and infer.
Rohmann, Eric. My Friend Rabbit. Bloomsbury Qatar Foundation, 2012.

This book is about a fox who drank an old ladies milk because it was very thirsty. The old lady came back and cut his tail off. She said the only way she would sew it back on is if he got her more milk. He goes to a cow to get milk and the cow told the fox to get him grass for milk. The fox goes to get grass to find out the grass needs water. The fox goes to get water from a villager and the villager told the fox for him to bring her a blue bead for water. the fox comes across a peddler who has blue beads and said he would only give her one for an egg. The fox goes to a hen and asks for and egg to find out that the hen would give the fox and egg for grain. The fox goes to a miller who has grain and asks for grain to give the hen and the miller gives the fox the grain because he felt bad for the fox. The fox ended up being able to get his tail sewn back on by the old lady. This could be used in a classroom by if the reader doesn't understand personification well, this book uses it.
Hogrogian, Nonny. One Fine Day.
