Our instructors were Mikayla, Lauren and Melissa they taught us how to jump off a boat with your life jacket on they tough us two ways to jump off the boat. A:The importance of wearing a life jacket is so that we don't drown and we don't die.Also the reason why it is important to always have a life jacket is so that when ever there is trouble you won't have to panic and stress out.

Q:What is the importance of life jacket safety?
 
A:The importance of learning life jacket safety is so that we know what that meaning of wearing a life jacket.

The movements were learnt with the life jacket was how to get off the boat and how to get back on.

Also we learnt how to treading water.

The things we did to tread water was do bicycle legs underwater and paddle with our hands.

We were also learning about . We have to  take  our life jacket  and put it into the water and we have to jump into the water and lie on to your jacket and put your arms into the arms hole then zip it up.


We were so happy to get in the water it was so cold when we all got to touch the water for the first time.When we put our life jackets it felt like riding something when our life jackets were on and we had to climb out it was hard for some people lots of us had to help something it was really scary when we had to get out of the water it felt.

first we did we put our arms in our right arm hole and block your nose .After we did that we walked a big step and go into the water.that was how to safely exit the incident. Secondly we had to sit down and swim like a starfish in the water.

 What we have done in the pool was how to get off a boat and the first thing we had to was get in three lines andthen we jump in.

We  had to jump off the surface  by jumping with our right hand on our left side chest and our left hand holding nose.
