Adab toward parents in islam emphasises respect, obedience, and care. Throughout their lives, Muslims are taught to be kind to their parents, avoid showing frustration, and respect them. Gratitude for their sacrifices is important, as is praying for their well-being and staying connected with them.

To sum up, Pleasing parents is closely tied to seeking Allah’s approval. Whoever did good to their parents will get Allah’s Blessing all their lives.

Allah has further says in Surah Al-Isra, verse 23: “Your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him, and do good to parents.”

❀Niyyah

How to Know If We Have the Right Niyyah (Intention):

1. Sincerity Worship should be done only for Allah, not for any other reason.

2. Purity of intention The intention should be free from personal gain or hidden motives.

3. Clarity Be clear about what you are doing and why.

4. Focus Avoid distractions and stay mindful in worship.

5. Consistency Keep your intention sincere throughout the act of worship.

❀Amal

Amal means performing good deeds and acts of worship.

It is a key part of Islam, showing devotion to Allah.

-Amal benefits the community by promoting kindness, charity, and service.

-The intention (niyyah) behind the deed is more important than the deed itself.

-Good deeds should be done with sincerity and devotion, not occasionally but regularly.

Types of Amal:

-Solat (prayer)

-Fasting

-Hajj (pilgrimage)

-Zakat (charity)

❀Ehsan

Ehsan means having positive virtues that help lead a good life.

Examples of Ehsan:

-Compassion

How to Internalize Ehsan:

1. Awareness Understand its importance in Islam.

3. Action Practice them consistently.

4. Reflection Evaluate whether your actions align with Ehsan.

In the context of lbadah it's believe that engaging in the act of worship can acquire ibadah. By engaging in Ibadah with the right intention & mindset can acquire Allah’s blessing.

❀The definition of Khusyu’

-means a deep sense of humility, focus, and devotion in worship, especially in solat. It is when the heart, mind, and body are fully present, feeling awe and submission to Allah.

❀How to obtain khusyu’?

1. Prepare for Solah

2. Clean up

3. Do not pray if food is ready

4. Do not pray while holding pee

❀Effect of Khusyu’ in daily life and hereafter

1. increases mindfulness and discipline

Salah is the corner stone of a muslim daily life or a connection with Allah.

Khusyuk is a state of humility and focus in prayer essential for spirit success.

❀ZAKAH

one of the five pillars in islam it’s obligatory to observe. will help one grow closer to Allah

alongside salah, sawm and hajj. Zakah impact individual in social life positively. growth, increase , cleanliness and battlement. A determined shared of wealth prescribed by god to be distributed among deserving categories.

What differentiates zakah and tax

zakah promotes spiritual purification and social responsibility

The difference between zakah and sadaqah

• Zakah is compulsory act of ibadah

• it’s a formal and structured ritual in islam

• Allah specified it’s receiver amount, time, and method of payment

• it consist of two types which are zakah al-fit and zakah al-mal

• recommended act of ibadah

• it’s neither a formal nor a structured ritual in islam

• Allah did not specify its receiver, amount, time or payment

• its inclusive of all act of giving and donation such as zakah, infaq, and waqaf

the significance of zakah has been mentioned along time salah in the quran over 30 times (surah at-taubah 103)

❀The virtues of zakah

1. Tawakkul: reliance of Allah

   -zakah is training muslim to rely on Allah rather than material wealth. it also give reassurance that Allah will replace the better

   
   

2. Ukhwah: zakah forsters love, emphaty and unity along muslims. it also purify society from envy and hatred

Zakah also helps bridging relationships. the vertical correlation is bridging the relationship with Allah. the relationships with fellow human. Zakah combines spiritual and social dimensions.

❀The meaning of Hajj and Umrah

-Umrah is an Islamic pilgrimage to Masjid al-Haram in Mecca and is considered a significant act of worship for Muslims seeking closeness to Allah. The word Umrah in Arabic means “to visit a populated place.”

-Hajj is the sacred pilgrimage to Mecca, and At-Tadhiyyah (sacrifice) is part of it, performed on Eid al-Adha in Mina to honor Prophet Ibrahim(AS) devotion.

❀The virtues found in hajj and umrah

-Forgiveness of Sins A sincere Hajj wipes away past sins, making a person as pure as a newborn. (Sahih al-Bukhari)

-Spiritual Renewal Strengthens faith, purifies the heart, and brings closeness to Allah.

-Unity of Muslims Millions gather in Mecca, symbolizing equality and brotherhood.

-Reward of Jihad For the weak and elderly, Hajj is considered their form of striving in Allah’s way. (Sahih al-Bukhari)
