We found that the HÅ framework is a big undertaking and to have a solution for such a lofty problem within the span of this class or even a 3 year plan for implementation is a big goal. We would suggest to take it one step at a time, meaning one piece at a time. So first introducing what HÅ is and starting to implement each faction of the 6 themes every year and building on that foundation piece yearly.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Some of the factors that informed our idea development were time limitations, perspectives of different stakeholders.</div><div><br></div><div>I believe the most impactful part of this innovation challenge has been my perspective on what is an innovative and creative way to approach education.
