Naya Sawera’ is one of the leading Youth Base, registered Non-Government & Not-For-Profit Charitable Organization registered under Societies Registration Act working for the welfare of the people of different underprivileged sections of society by various means. The aim is to see that no human being is deprived of his basic needs because of poverty. The organization also seeks to support and nurture the talents who cannot avail proper facilities due to their harsh Conditions.

Further, it makes the young mind to serve the needy and thereby make them responsible citizens for the nation.To motivate the young minds, We conducted Various activities, Playing, Dancing and Singing with these bright minds of the alternate bright future, We Enthusiastically participated with them and Spent our daytime with them sharing their happiness. A world full of love and happiness where whole society accepts especially challenged kids and people as part of their family, where each individual gets equal right to live and enjoy each moment of the life that our mission to create one family surrounded by green world respecting each girl and nurturing the environment is what they preach for.

Naya sawera is one of the learning youth base, Registered non governmental and Non Profit Organisation working for the welfare of children who don’t have a family or live in proper economic conditions. 
The organisation also seeks to support and nurture the talents who cannot avail proper facilities due to their harsh Conditions. 
This was my first time visiting such an organisation and it provided me with an enlightening and eye opening experience. 
It was very heart warming to see all youngsters who have either been victims of child labour, abuse or Neglec. When entering the Naya sawera facilities; living in harmony and sharing comradery with each other..

In India a number of children are deprived of education, most drop out due to poverty and girls seldom get a chance. It has become important for educational NGOs in India to intervene to reach the most remote areas and urban slums where the migrant population reside.  According to The National Sample Survey Organization’s 2017-18 household survey there are 3.22 crore out-of-school children in India (6-17 years). Seasonal migration, child labor, poor infrastructures of schools, lack of teachers, distance, lack of resources at home and illiterate parents are the major causes of children dropping out of school or not opting to go to school at all. NGOs have a tendency to work in the grassroots of the society, in small locations to first achieve the impact on ground. Based on the principle of people’s participation NGOs work to improve education, social welfare, reduce poverty, and develop civil society. NGOs can be seen as alternative agencies which are working on ground to promote awareness, sensitize and to bring a change and improvement in society.
 
The major objectives of educational NGOs in India are to increase the number of school going children,developing other learning skills in local schools & communities, provide inclusive education to children with special needs and work as a catalyst to bring sustainable change in the lives of the children with a life-cycle approach of development.

Most of the volunteers and core-team members of our NGO comprise young people. This promotes leadership skills as we give complete independence in decision making to our volunteers, which is not catered by any other organization. We try to inculcate a sense of purpose and insight in the young minds and this gives them a head start in facing the turmoil of tomorrow.

The idea behind our every project is given by the youth and also executed by them. To encourage more youth participation, we organize various campaigns and take part in youth friendly events. Our motive behind this effort is to form a committed team of young individuals who can together mitigate all the problems of tomorrow.
