What I found interesting is that they have to exercise almost everyday or they lose their bone density and muscle mass . I also find it interesting how it's sunny/bright in space now that I think about it it makes sense now that i think about it though.

I found how multiple countries made the International Space Station because how did they make it? Did they send people from different countries? Or did they send the ISS to other countries. Probably the first one because it would've broke in the transportation vehicle.

The thing I found most interesting was about that there's an A.I assistant that works like iron man. It tells you when something is wrong like when you are running out of oxygen or to much carbon dioxide it tells you.

what I learned about the inter-national spaceship is, that the spacesuit weighs over 300 pounds. when I found out about that I was really surprised, and they have these cool sun glasses that come on the spacesuit helmet and inside theirs a little display of a computer to show that if threes a problem with the suit or if your running out of oxygen.

what I found interesting is that they have every types of food in the space station like meat,eggs,snacks/candy and power bars and they also have food from Japan and Russia and its not like any type of food when the food its dehydrated you have to hydrated with water but some foods already come hydrated.

What I found interesting about the ISS is that in their free time, the astronots like to observe the earth in a room where they can look down and see it. Just by looking at it, they can tell what kind of clouds they can see, what country they are above and what kind of soil they see.

When you are in space the fact that you never sit down blows my mind. Since that happens astronauts must stay fit with exercise onboard the I.S.S. Even the exercise machines have to be able to move because of the solar rays. When the astronauts are going to repair things on the ship they have huge space suits with computers on them to keep their body temperature normal and since itś so bright they need big sunglasses. They have a lot of food onboard as well right? There is a window that shows earth, and based on the soil and clouds! They have a huge tube that acts as a storage room for extra necessities, like a huge storage room! Astronauts sleep in capsules so they do not float around.

What I learned from the International space station video is the food is vacuumed sealed. They also have dairy products like eggs and meat products like beef.I also learned that the astronauts have to workout because their bone density is weak from them not having to fight gravity which makes their bones weaker.Sometimes they have to go outside the space station to do repairs.Also did you know that the space suit weighs 300 pounds.

What I found out about the Iss is that they have dehydrated foods and they even have foods all over the countries the even have foods from japan like ramen and soup Etc. and I also wonder how the soup stays hot. I also find it interesting that you need to exersise so you dont lose bone density and musle mass.also Something cool is that the space suit weighs over 300pounds but since you have no mass in space the suit doesnt really have weight to it. Also, something really cool is that the space suit has sunglasses beacuse oof the suns rays beacuse if you look at the sun for even a second, you might become blind. And with the toothpase you cant really spit it out becasuse it has on gravity and it will just turn into a ball. Some some ways astronauts remove toothpase it by swallowing it or spitting it out in a tissue or in a plastic bag.

What I found interesting was that you can swallow the toothpaste in space, and that someone can send food to you(maybe even McDonalds)
