if I were teaching yesterday's lessons on topic sentences to someone I would tell them how important it is to have a good introduction to a topic sentence maybe starting with,"it may be argued", etc. It also needs to include transitional phrases and supporting reasons.

It should always start at the beginning of your paragraph and then after that you would list the rest of ur stuff

It’s needs to be a key word in there. Use

any transitional words or phase. topic sentences always need to start in the beginning of the paragraph .

if i was teaching yesterday i would show them how they can hear when is a change up they come after phrases like “in addition to”, “however”, “Another”, etc and i would make them read it out loud so they can hear it themselves
