Key Leadership Actions Include:

1.Create a culture survey to provide feedback. The culture survey would be given to teachers, parents, and students.
-Bring data (survey results, discipline referrals, etc.) to a staff meeting, and have staff look at data together, and determine a “why” for implementing Restorative Practices at our site.
2.The meeting would begin with reviewing the Vision/Mission/Goals in order to align our “why” with this piece.
3.As a leader, we would lead our staff in establishing positive rules and expectations for our students to follow as a school
4.Provide ongoing professional development in Restorative Practices for staff
5.Staff will engage in circles to lean in and experience circles
