Homo sapiens sapiens originated in Africa. I couldn't find exactly where in Africa but some pages say either Ethiopia or Zambia. After the final ice age and the continents were formed the homo sapiens sapiens started discovering more and more land. They discovered 6 more continents: Asia, North America, South America, Antarctica, Oceania and Europe. Some of the things they used in the earlier years were things like sickles and axes. They made sickles out of antlers and wood and it was used to cut wheat for food. They made axes out of wood and stones for chopping down trees to get more wood. They used ivory, bone and antlers to make different weapons like harpoons and bow and arrows. They used wood to make fish traps so they could catch fish to eat. Technology evolved lots over the years and now we have things like cars, anesthesia and running water. We have guns to hunt for meat and we have lots of gardening tools to get vegetables.
