         <description><![CDATA[<div>At first the egg itself it not edible meaning it is raw. Once heat is applied, the egg is then cooked for a certain amount of time. Heat makes the egg edible. At first it was a liquid but now it became a new substance because it's the same thing but a different substance and texture. </div>]]></description>
