With the collect tab you can do an online search. Click the arrow where it says collect. Four tabs will show up for you. If you click on the last one PubMed, the next screen will allow you to enter your topic search. The more detailed your search criteria is, the more specific your search results. The next screen will bring in sources for you to choose from. Using the Basic service will not allow to bring in the full text, only the reference and the abstract. If you find a source that you want to use click on the small box where it says add to group and you will see the save information on the left side box where it says quick search.

The New Reference tab will allow you to manually add a source if needed from another site. You can also import a reference and tell the program which project you need it for.
