         <description><![CDATA[<div>Something I learnt going through this PE Wellness program is how easily wellness can be overlooked. One of the largest limitations is how it can sometimes feel like a lot of effort, but I realised that after putting in just a bit of extra effort, I actually enjoy my little wellness sessions. <br><br></div><div>I found the logging can be a bit tedious, although I find looking back at my reflections can be motivating as it reminds me of the things I've accomplished. Making plans and goals is something I've been trying to work on, so this is a good opportunity to get better at that.<br><br>Since CB, the options of wellness outdoors is a bit limited. But it has helped me become more creative with my time. For example, I started to cycle again and starting to practice sketching more. <br><br>Something I learnt while reading "the power of habits" is how the hardest part of in creating healthy routines is to make it stick. So I hope that I could be consistent in making these logs because I think it is also beneficial to reflect on my activities. <br><br></div>]]></description>
