2. Next, on Epic read How to Tell a Fable. 

3. You will be writing your own Fable. Remember to think about the story elements that make up a fable. (Think about the lesson, a character with one strong trait, explore the problem, and the main events) 

4.   • Create a main character with special abilities or a rare talent.
  • Invent a problem, task, or test for your character to solve against impossible odds.
  • Set your story in the present, in a place you are familiar with, like your town or our school.

3. Get your graphic organizer approved by your teacher.

4. Write your rough draft in your writing journal.
