- "Spot it" cards for anonymous displays of the pillars - sort of like a Valentine, except geared towards the pillars. For example, someone writes a "Spot it" for a display of respect, etc...hand them out at lunch or something like that  
- Heritage Murals that allow students the opportunity to express aspects of their culture to the school community at large
