Mars the manufacture says they are banning titanium dioxide in every candy that still has it as an ingredient.

Jenile Thames, a resident of San Leonardo, filed against Mars Inc, the confection company that produces skittles, seeking class-action status and telling people who consume skittles to stop because they are at a heightened risk of health issues.
