         <description><![CDATA[<div>He was an African-American Leader, and an inspiring figure in the Islamic Nation. He was a minister, Human rights activist and prominent leader who served as a spokesperson in the nation of Islam during the 1950's to the 1960's. Because of his efforts, Islam's nation grew from 400 members in 1952 to 40,000 members in 1960. He was an inspirational orator, and exhorted blacks to break the shackles of racism, "by any means necessary" including violence. The civil rights leader broke with the group shortly before his assassination on February 21, 1965. </div>]]></description>

He founded this organization to continue promoting black self-determination and black self-defense. He would indirectly cause violence by telling blacks to defend their rights in any way possible, which kind of goes against the first amendment. He is allowed to have his own voice but he was just using it the wrong way. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Although there wasn't a prominent court case involving Malcolm X, he was arrested and sent to prison in 1926 at the age of 20. Malcolm X and some other accomplices had been involved in a series of burglaries and one day, while picking up a stolen watch after getting it repaired, Malcolm X was arrested. This imprisonment would go on to have a major impact on the life of Malcolm X as it was here, in the Massachusetts State Prison, that Malcolm X would devote himself to the Nation of Islam, later becoming one of its prominent leaders. </div>]]></description>
