We should preserve traditional dishes as the old food will be forgotten but many people loves the food from the past.

I think that we should keep the orginial version as many people would prefer to eat the food they used to eat than eating the same food but different taste.

i think that it is kind for the young hawkers to help the community by working for the hawker centre at such an early age. They have to wake up early in the morning to prepare cooking food. I also think that the young hawkers should not have given up their studies to become a hawker. they seem like they really enjoy cooking for others. i hope that there will be more people standing up to be a hawker in the near future. overall,

i admire their generous actions to serve singapore by cooking delicious meals for singaporeans.

i think we should minimise the amount of salt and oil we use but not by too mush as so we can still enjoy it alot

2) We should preserve traditional dishes so that we can remember the good old ones and still enjoy the new ones.

3) I think we should keep the original recipes and create options to have less salt and oil so that people who want to consume less oil and salt can have options to have their food options to their liking and the people who want the original recipes can have it too.

We could also have some healthier versions of chicken rice while some are original too

So that when we forget about how to cook it, we can look at the recipe and continue to cook it.

I think we should not change the recipe because if we make some changes, it might not taste as good as before.

I think that having to work there 7 days every week without a break is very tiring, the hawker vendors work very hard to cook for the customers.

I wonder how they survive long hours of work and cooking.

So that younger generations can try traditional dishes.
