My daily routine conforms like this: Where I work I manage 3 shifts: shift 1 from 7:00 a.m, to 3:00 p.m, shift 2 from 3:00 p.m, to 11:00 p.m. and shift 3 from 11:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m, so are my departure times from home and back, from Monday to Saturday if I am in AM working hours I get up at 5:15 in the morning, if I am in the afternoon I get up at 9:00 in the morning, my work is in the Cali Palmira road I arrive en route, the company supplies it and leaves me close to my house. considering my shifts, i have breakfast at 8 in the morning and try to eat fruit hours before lunch, my breakfast is very varied, sometimes egg rice and coffee, or cheese fingers with coffee, or arepa with coffee I always include coffee in my breakfast, my lunch hour if I'm at work is at 10:30 in the morning and, if I'm home at 12:30 or 1:00 in the afternoon, My lunch is varied, we always make rice and salad, meats and chicken prepared with sauces or vegetables. I like dinner to be somewhat light, arepa with cheese, egg with bread and juice, taking into account my shifts, if I am at home I have dinner at 8 at night, if I am working I have dinner at 6:30 in the evening. I usually go to bed when I'm home at 10:00 at night, when I get from the afternoon shift at 12:00 at night and when I'm staying up late I go to bed at 8:00 in the morning, When I'm on break on the weekend I go out to distract myself, to eat, and I rest a lot, sharing with my family and partner is a short time, but it is very valuable i try to study and practice it constantly in my daily life.

De forma profesional es algo que me suma mucho y me ayuda a crecer ya que lograre aportar a mi nivel profesional un idioma y oportunidades laborales llegaran y podre crecer mucho más.
