An activity that helped my knowledge and developed my skills further was taking images, this helped my knowledge as it has helped me to improve taking images. This is as now I know how to take images at different images to add effect. What I know now which I didn't know before was that when taking images to add effect its better to be at a low/high angle, only focusing on one part of the image and using Photoshop to make the image for effective.

 
Some skills that I now have presented include using Photoshop efficiently and taking better images. I completed this task by going round the college taking images, I then went on to use Photoshop to edit 4 out of 40 images and presenting a power point. Some barriers that occurred when doing the project include not taking all the image in time, this was quite stressful as I could not go on to do my work further (Photoshop and making the power point). What I completed that I am proud of include the edited images as shown below.

I presented my photographs in a contact sheet which i then used in a power point, as shown below..
Looking back on all tasks what I enjoyed the most was taking the images for each task, although this took a lot of time, I did enjoy taking the images.
 
Some improvements that i need to work on include using more tools on Photoshop. I believe i need to do this as I only use a minimum of tools, this means my edited images may not be as good as possible.

The activity that helped my knowledge and developed my skills further was to edit the four images on Photoshop, this is because its helped me for future tasks on to how edit. What i know now, which I didn't know before is that when editing you can go back and use the same tools again to make it even brighter (even if its the brightest already). I've also learnt on how to take better pictures for each element. For example zooming in, using lighting etc.. these are effective as it presents other views of the image.

 Some new skills that I've applied includes a more effective image as I now know how use Photoshop more also I have taken better images, this shows that i know how to use a camera better as well. In terms of barriers I did face a barrier, this includes not knowing many images that I could take for line. But I did overcome this by going to different places and taking images so I had all the images needed for this task. What I've done that I am proud of includes my Photo shopped images as they are done to the best of my ability.

I presented my work outcomes on showbie, onto a mind map. and making a contact sheet what was made on Photoshop, which contains all my images.

Some improvements that I need to work on includes completing the work on time. Some skills that i have learnt to apply to my next work session includes using a wider range of tools on Photoshop I believe i should do this as want my image to look as effective as possible.

The activity that helped my knowledge and developed my skills further was producing a mind map showing the four elements, this has helped my knowledge further as its help me to understand how to make a image look more effective and what to do if I face a problem doing this project. What I know now which I didn't know before is that when taking a image to add more effect and focus to the image, go closer to the object. This presents a more effective image.

The new skills that I applied during the task was to add more detail into my work. I completed this task by adding more detail into my work and starting to use more examples. A barrier that i faced during this project was creating a mind map myself, ifeellike i did not complete this task on time as I do not normally create mind maps, but now i will begin to more often. What i did that Im proud of includes making the mind map as I am not usually confident with making them.

I presented these on showbie and created a mind map on word.

Some improvements that I need to work on includes completing the work on time, I need to do this as otherwise i will be behind and not reach deadlines to each task. Some skills that i will then use for future tasks include adding more detail and depth within this detail. I need to do this as I feel as i do not do this efficiently.

The activity that helped my knowledge and developed my skills further was being able to experience using a camera, this helped me as now I will know how to use a camera for future occasions and tasks. I also have learnt how to use Padlet and Showbie better, this is good as I now know how to use the programs for the future.


The new skills that i applied to this task is using Photoshop, putting up a tripod and using a camera. I completed this task by filming doing each of these three things and filming how it was done. I did not come across any barriers although I do think that my work could be improved to more detail to achieve more within the task. I am proud of knowing how to use a camera as now for future tasks I will know how to take pictures, videos, zoom, adjust.


Some improvements that I need to work on is adding more detail to my work and making sure I complete the assignments on time. Some skills that I have learnt include using Photoshop and knowing most of the tools used within the programme, i plan to apply these skills when next using Photoshop. I will do this by using all the tools that i have learnt when I next use Photoshop.

My knowledge and understanding of the main formal elements is that each of these elements are very different for example shape is a object in a form of a shape forming eg: rocks. Line is a object which is  forming a on going effect eg: stairs. Color is a element showing a range of colors eg: a rainbow. Texture shows how  a objects feel eg: a rock has a rough texture.


I completed this task by going around the college using my phone and taking images of the different elements ( Line, color, texture and shape). Some of the places that I went to to take these pictures were outside in each department.
  
What went well during this task was completing the work, yet I could improve by adding more detail to my work and annotating each image.
