I also think that he is kind because he reads Leigh's notes and he dose not get angry  nor does her get upset about what Leigh writes. I think he is nice because when ever the reader would write to him he would respond most of the time and when ever leigh was dealing with something like his dad not calling him and forgetting or his good food getting stolen everyday he would be there unlike most authors , most authors would tell him to do nothing and sit there and just watch your food more but Henshaw was nice and helped him with most of his problems weather its with school or with his parents he would be there to help him
