I think i have learned about how i will be able to work well at my workplace tomorrow and that my opinions are welcomed if i feel that there is a problem to solve at my workplace! I really enjoyed the activities today too!

Customers do not remember what you say but instead, they remember the experience you gave them.

Learning about my strengths

My takeaway from this session is that we all have different strengths, some are good at being organised or some are good at leading. However, you alone it is hard to coordinate and do things by yourself. It is like a cake. The ingredients itself does not taste good but with all the different ingredients together it will be a very yummy cake.

My biggest takeaway is the importance of values that contribute to teamwork like communication and encouragement for example.

That it's important to spend time with others and forge connections

I found how important it is to build relationships, even if it is not very deep. Giving a good experience for other people is not dependent on the activity you do/go through together, but how you connect and communicate with the person.

BIGGEST TAKEAWAY:

• I learnt that different people have different ways of doing things and reacting to things. They may have different values and strengths as well as weaknesses that brings them out as a person and that together with everyone creates a diverse and supportive society.

It also got me thinking before the working part on how the restaurant can be better to make people happy
