During this term, we have learnt how to work in a team, what challenges we have to face while working in a team and how we can solve these challenges as a future leaders. At the same time, it helps us to become more confident and gives us an opportunity to perform on the stage as well, Which paves a way for leaders to perform at global level.

Apart from this, the challenge i have faced while working in team is co-operation. During this term, Varun sir has organised groups. In our group no one was willing to co-operate as no one had done this kind of activities before.
