SAS游泳邀请赛（11月1-3日）

以下信息转自主办方ISB学校：

当运动员的报名成绩稍稍超出达标成绩（1-2 秒）时，如教练认为运动员可以在本次比赛中达到达标成绩，可酌情为队员自定义报名时间。请您理解，在挑选参赛队时，有些游泳运动员会因为无法达标而落选，公平起见，我们希望所有参赛队员都能无愧于自己的参赛资格，如在比赛中运动员成绩未能达到达标成绩，将不会被计入分数。我们将尽最大努力以确保每名参赛队员均可达标。NT（无报名成绩但实际水平可达标）在本次比赛中也将被允许。

赛事期间

ISB将为参赛队员提供一些购买午餐和零食的选择。进校后的公共区域（Jamaica）会有一个小型咖啡简餐餐厅。

If a swimmer is slightly over the time standard (1-2 seconds) and as the coach you feel your athlete can achieve the standard at the event, then coach discretion of course can be implemented with a custom time. Please understand that some swimmers will miss out when selecting our teams, so in fairness we would like all swimmers to be worthy of their position. If they don’t achieve the standard in the race those swimmers wont score, but let’s do our best to ensure everyone can achieve these standards. NT’s (No times) are accepted for this event.

At the School During the Event

We will have some options provided for swimmers to purchase some lunch and snack options. Jamaica has a small café now in the Commons section as you enter the school.

Coaches will have a hospitality section with refreshments throughout the day’s events.

赛事第一节：

热身时间：早 7:30 - 8:30

比赛开始时间：早8:45

比赛结束时间 ：大致11:00左右

参赛队员：

所有 8 岁组别运动员，以及教练认尚未准备好参加 50 米比赛的 9 岁运动员。

赛事第二节：

9-11 岁组别

热身时间：11:15-12:45（暂定）

比赛开始时间：下午 1:00（暂定）

比赛结束时间 ：大致下午 5:30

参赛队员：

教练认为可以参加 50 米及以上项目的 9-11 岁游泳运动员。该组别的游泳运动员仍在成长中，但已逐渐成为更具竞争力的游泳运动员，并已拥有一定游泳比赛经验。

奖项设置

- 基于该赛事为社群性赛事，因此不设奖杯。

- 本次社群性赛事不设个人最高分奖杯。

- 所有参赛运动员都将获得参赛纪念绶带。

- 第 1 至第 6 名的运动员将获得名次绶带。

Entries Due: Friday, November 1st at 3:00pm

Last day for Changes: Wednesday, November 6th at 3:00pm

Session 1:

8 & 9 years old (A Developing swimmer group.) Warm up: 7:30AM -8:30AM

Meet start time: 8:45AM

Meet Finish time: +-11:00AM

Who should compete in this session?

All 8 year old swimmers as well as any 9 year olds that the coach feels is still developing and not yet ready for 50m events.

Session 2:

9-11 years old (emerging/competitive swimmer group) Warmup time: 11:15AM-12:45PM (tentative)

Meet start time: 1:00PM (tentative)

Meet Finish time: +- 5:30PM

Who should compete in this session?

9–11-year-old swimmers that coaches feel are ready to swim 50m and up events. Swimmers in the category are still developing of course but are emerging into more competitive swimmers and have experience in swimming competitions.

Awards

• There will be no trophies at this event, due to it being a community swim meet.

• There will be no individual high points trophies at this community event.

• Participant ribbons will be given to all swimmers that participate.

• 1st – 6th place ribbons will be given to swimmers who place in each event.
