It can lead to comparisons and inferiority complexes. Low digital wellbeing can have the same impact in other areas of health. Students should practice screen time more responsibly and prioritize important tasks to be done online instead of engaging in social media activities. Everyone needs to be convinced that they are physically active and comfortable with online activities.
