     We used different variety of garnish to beautify the bland yellow color rice (we added egg to make it more yellowish) with the red from the cherry tomato, orange from the fire bloom (flower designed chili padi and the green from the parsley.

2) Arrangement of food
  We placed the garnishes far from each other but at the same time not covering the yellow rice.
