The height at the head office is 1100 meters (lower part), and 1800 in the high part (Bella Vista), this area has an extension of 440 hectares, its average temperature is 20 º C and its topography is wet slope, with a precipitation of 1400 mm Annual.

    According to the audit carried out to the processes of the economic activity in question, the environmental impacts caused by each one of the processes, could be evidenced through the findings found in the Finca Villa Marina.

    Impact on the ground

    At the time of the visit it was possible to observe the poorly managed dumping of the milking sites, the fattening of rabbits and goats and the barns of the hens. This causes the soil to burn damage such as the loss of the plant layer, the physical and chemical texture of the soil

    Environmental impact of water resources

    Like the previous problem that arises from dumping of the different areas of production the water is not alien to pollution. The water is contaminated by the dumping that produces the farm, the farm does not have an established process of collection of dumping for due treatment or because it does not reuse. The investigation also found that they do not have any type of permit to grant water and dumping.

    Environmental impact Solid Waste

    On this topic several findings were made which I can comment that they have a bad orientation on the management of solid waste, because in the visit to the facilities is found with many rubbish dumped in different areas, they have areas for collection and separation but are not properly used.

    Animal Slaughter Area

    The zone or place used for animal slaughter does not have the minimum requirements to carry out this activity within the norms contemplated, since this place is exposed to that between dust, water and other contaminants, it is a place that does not give guarantees of Cleaning and the animals there slaughtered can carry any type of contamination in the meat.

    The visit allowed us to know the facilities and activities of the farm and how it is affected directly or indirectly not only to the student community but to a whole community in general

    To characterize from the environmental point of view the possible environmental impacts and as from a responsible management to develop an environmental management plan
