This week we focused on the last section of the module. In my opinion, it was the easiest part of grammar of the module and a very useful vocabulary, so, for me, it wasn't really challenging or difficult. There aren't many activities from the book because one of the weeks was pretty short and on the next one we did the exam of the modules. We also did some activities with computers, such as the Guy Fawkes one.

This week we started a new module and we began learning some new vocabulary, in where I had a few doubts about what some words meant, but after reading and comprehending every thing good, I understood those words. After that, we read a web page about regretable inventions that I found very interesting. We couldn't do more because of the two days we were in our houses due to the dana. And i think that except that part, I think it was a good week talking about what we learned.

I think that I've been doing all of this wrong, because, maybe, I have been writing just facts about what we were doing those weeks and I didn't write what I should. But thanks to that, now I think I know how to do this properly and, also, that I have to ask more doubts to know how to do this the right way. In another hand, I have learnt that I have to focus more on the subject, mostly while we are doing a test, because even if I'm tired or whatever I have to be able to know when I'm wrong while doing an irregular verbs test. Basically, I have to ask any doubt I have to understand everything clearly and to be more focused during the classes. That way, I will learn more and it will be easier.

This week I felt that the rythm of the classes were slower because we have been focusing on the relative clauses for a while, and I know it can be difficult, but, in my opinion, we have been studying that for long enough. Last week I told myself that I had to participate more in class, and I haven´t, so I need to work more to achieve that goal, which isn´t really difficult. But I have done all the homework since the beginning of the year, without skipping any day, so I feel proud of that.

This term, my goals are to keep on improving my English and to stop procrastinating and doing everything in time. For achieve my first goal I will have to wait more time, because even though I have learned some new things, I think it's more like a long-term objective. In the other hand, the second one is more of a short-term objective and still I didn't succeed achieving it; I guess I have to work more in that. It's something that looks really easy to do, but not for me, because I find it difficult to do assigments or homework whose due date is "far" from the moment I'm at. But this term is not finished yet, so I have room to keep working on both goals.

During these days we've mostly done Grammar excercises because we have been learning about the Passive Voice and that really needs to be worked. From those activities I think the ones which have helped me the most were the last ones where we had to choose the correct tense of the Passive, because those excercises really had me working more than the others. I don't find any activity less useful, but some of them were repetitive and very similar between each other.

I believe I have improved my listening skills, which I am proud of, because when we do listenings I catch the information easier and quicker. But of course I still have to improve since I, sometimes, get distracted.

The skill I find more challenging must be speaking, as we don't work on it that often. Moreover, when I have to speak at class I get nervous and it's like, all of a sudden, I forget everything I know. And that only happens when I have to speak in public because when I talk to myself in English I seem to have really good vocabulary, grammar and accent, but I guess that if I can't show that to other people it doesn't really matter since anyone can see it or prove it.

When it comes to study the Module for the exam, I don't do much: I go through my notes and activities stopping in the things I find more difficult or challenging. However, we have the digital book now, so from now on I will also study by doing the activities from the workbook.

Finally, about the learning enviroment in the class, I think it's pretty good, I don't think we're really close, but it's still better than the classes from years before I was at.

The teacher tries to make the atmosphere better than it is and she want us to take part during the lessons, and, for me, that's really meaningful because she want us to be comfortable and if we fail she won't get mad at us even though she have explained that point many times. I really appreciate that from her.

As a suggestion, I'd say to play "Wordle" more often because I feel like those moments are really fun and they make the classes more bearable. I understand we can't play ir everyday because of the time or any other stuff, though.

Activities Module 4

During the second half of the term, my goals didn't really change. I always want to keep improving in whaterver I can and doing the assignments soon enough for me to not be stressed out when I have many projects to do. Honestly, I don't think I have reached any of my goals, because I don't see much difference between myself one month ago and now. I have to make an effort to change that. I'm going to set a new goal: to be more motivated during the classes and with that, achieve my previous goals. Because I like the subject, I like languages and I love to be able to speak English the way a do, so I will try to find some more motivation to take advantages of the time I have to study the language.

Right now, I think that the more useful activities were the listening ones. This is because we don't practice Listening as often as we practice vocabulary or grammar, so I kind of enjoy them and then I feel good when I undertand everything and catch al the necessary information. I believe I have improve in this skill, even though sometimes it can be a bit challenging.

On the other hand, the readings are being harder because the you have to dig much to find the answers.

In my opinion, the teacher is doing a great job. However, I didn't find fair that the five persons that did the exam of the Module later had the exact same text and questions in the reading part, because the teacher showed the answers and explained them during a few minutes of the lesson. And many of us, that did the exam before, got a question wrong, while the ones who did it after, got it right because we discussed the answer on the class. But apart from that, I like the methods used to study and understand the concepts.
